Peta ini digunakan oleh Badan Restorasi Gambut untuk mengarahkan perencanaan dan jenis intervensi restorasi gambut yang sesuai berdasarkan faktor degradasi gambut. Peta ini bersifat indikatif dan diperlukan pendetilan dan verifikasi lapangan untuk penentuan implementasi restorasi gambut
